Painting on wood letters 8 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
I saw this great word painting (?) at the Salem Craft Warehouse a few years ago. It spelled out Beach with each letter separately screwed onto a piece of wood so it would sit on a desk or mantle. Anyway, what was so cool about it was the way it was painted.
It was painted as if it were one whole word not individual letters. It was in seafoam green, pale and ocean blues, white, and sand colors. I am hoping someone out there knows what I am referring to and will help me find something close to that for inspiration. I want to paint my own letters in a similar style but need some instiration first...some sort of visual to help me make my own. I don't want to copy someone else's...just want some tips and like I mentioned inspiration to do my own.
Thanks, Anne
