I just purchased the 71" Lantern Tree and cannot get it to stand up. Once I put all three lanterns on it, it topples over. Has anyone else experienced this and if so were you able to correct it? Since there is only one way to put it together you have no choice but to have 2 lanterns on one side. Help. I have waited for this to come back into the stores and prefer not to have to return it.

I just spoke to the home decor and floral buyer about your dilemma!
Here is what he said....

Take a look at the bottom of the lantern- the base has felt covering the bottom side. If you break through the felt you will see a screw - if you tighten that screw it should secure the lantern so that it does not lean or want to fall over. It must have come loose during shipping.

If you are not willing to break through the felt, you can take it back to the store to exchange for another, or get a refund.
