Hey there!

Long time no see! I was surfing around looking for the "Love Bug" stamp by Unity Stamp Co. the other day and I saw a post by you Chelsea on another forum asking about the same thing. Anyway, I checked out your new blog after that and it looks like you been involved in some cool things lately.

This past December I had decided to make cards to sell very last minute at a church bazar, but when I realized that was too short of notice I decided to start preparing for next year. Well, long story short I got obsessed and it didn't take me long to realize I was going to have too many cards to sell for a one day bazar so I decided to take the plunge and open a shop at etsy.com.

Anyway, these are a few of my recent Valentine's Day cards that I've been working on...

Thanks guys! Before this Summer/Fall I really didn't enjoy making cards that much either (or stamping for that matter--I would get a few alphabets and flourishes, but wasn't into the others). I think the copic markers definitely coaxed me over the edge in that department (www.carpediemstore.com has the Sketch style cheapest for $3.95 with free shipping on a $100 order).

I am really sold on the stamp backgrounds now too--I made a themed 8x8 album on the cheap as a Christmas gift using all my background stamps to create homemade patterned paper. I love the new Hero Art clings that CW has! Anyway, I have been so obsessed with getting my Etsy store up and running that I've been suffering from some serious insomnia so I think I am going to take a break from it and get back into scrapbooking for awhile before I kill myself.

Hi Mendi! Good to see you! Thanks for checking out my new blog. I do love that Unity set, Love Bug. I think that they will be releasing it so we can purchase it online soon. Not sure though.
