• Thickers silver glitter stickers
• Pioneer extra strong glue stick
• Metal Clipboard

Instructions

1. Start with the paper you would like for your background. Trace the clipboard around your paper and cut to fit the clipboard.
2. Glue paper to the clipboard with glue stick.
3. Cut out paper to make a frame for photo by cutting a place in the middle of the paper to make a frame.
4. Add a photo then using your glue stick glue to the clipboard.
5. To make a flag, cut out triangles and glue to the clipboard.
6. Add your personalized name to the flags.
7. Glue on your assorted decorative ribbon.
