- 1 - Tube Crystal Glitter Gold Ultra Fine
- 1 - pkg. Each of Dress It UP Buttons: "Winter Weather", "Color Me Black", "Snowflakes"
- 1/4 yard of Warm & White Batting
- 1 - 3" Styrofoam Ball
- 1 - 4" Styrofoam Ball
- 1 - 5" Styrofoam Ball
- 1 - pkg. Polly Pellets
- 1 - 8oz. Aleene's Tacky Glue
- 1 - pkg. Sculpey Clay - Sweet Potato
- 2 - Small tree twigs for arms
- 1 - Tub of Delta Snow
- 1 - Flannel Fat Quarter
- 1 - 1/8" x 36" wooden dowel rod
- Wire cutters
- Scissors & Pinking Sheers
- Steak Knife
- Gloves
- 2 plastic cups
- Stiff Brush
- Paper Towels & Waxed Paper
- Needle Thread
- Pencil
Instructions
- Trim enough off the bottom of the 5" Styrofoam ball with steak knife so it will stand on its own without rolling.
- Flatten the top of the 5" Styrofoam ball.
- Flatten the top & bottom of the 4" Styrofoam ball (mid-section of snowman).
- Flatten one end of the 3" Styrofoam ball (head).
- Cut wooden dowel rod with wire cutter in two - 3" pieces.
- With tacky glue apply glue to each end of dowel rod.
- Then apply tacky glue to top of the flattened 5" Styrofoam ball.
- Press the dowel rod down through center of flattened area, leaving about 1
