Supplies:

• 8" Wire Wreath Form
• Darice 3110-329 Fabric Witch Hat
• Darice 3110-117 Hanging Legs
• 6" Tulle Ribbon 2 colors
• Safety Pins

Directions:

1. Cut the tulle into 36 inch lengths, (The fullest of the skirt depends upon how many lengths you cut).
2. Attach the wreath form to the inside of the hat opening using the safety pins then begin to secure the lengths of tulle by folding a length in half and placing the loop that is made against one of the wire wreath form sections then draw the loose ends up through the loop and pull snug against the wire form section. Repeat until the desired skirt fullness is achieved. Add the ribbon and embellishments at this time if desired.
3. Attach the hanging legs to the wreath form with safety pins.
4. Hang by the tip of the hat by securing a length of fishing line through the hat tip.
