Instructions
- Make 22 Red Yo-Yo's with the yellow (largest) yo-yo maker
- Make 14 White Yo-Yo's with the yellow (largest) yo-yo maker
- Make 9 Blue Yo-Yo's with the orange yo-yo maker
- Create 3 rows of blue yo-yo's to form a square
- Add a star button to each center
- Follow the diagram below to finish the flag
