Instructions
  1. Press fabric to avoid any undesired creases in finished work.
  2. Lay fabric wrong side up and position canvas face down in the center of the fabric.
  3. Fold fabric around canvas as if wrapping a gift pulling tight to prevent gapping. Using staple gun, secure fabric to the back surface of the wood frame (the part of the canvas frame that will lay flat against the wall).
  4. Continue to wrap and staple the remaining 3 canvases edges in the same fashion.

Optional: For a gallery presentation, secure fabric wrapped canvases in floater frames and hang in a series on a wall.

Optional: To create a French-style bulletin board, choose coordinating ribbon and lay across the canvas diagonally. Evenly space these pieces and then secure them to the backside with staples. Add ribbon to the opposite diagonal and secure the ends. Use decorative brads to secure each spot where two ribbons cross each other (push brad through both ribbons and canvas).

Optional: To create a pocket, fold a fat quarter in half and measure on your canvas board to be sure it's even across. Staple both sides and bottom to secure the pocket. You may want to use a brad or ribbon near the center of the pocket to prevent it from flopping out and to strengthen it.

Optional: Create a card holder board for the holidays... Find the center of your canvas board and place ribbon every inch apart. Anchor the ribbon 1" - 2" from end. Be sure to weave the ribbons that are criss-crossing in and out of each other to stabilize the ribbon pattern and prevent cards from weighing it down.
