Instructions:

1. Trim paper into two 4 1/2” x 12” strips, adhere to plaque and sand edges to give the distress look.
2. Paint chipboard and circles desired color.
3. Use distress ink to edges of the chipboard and circles.
4. Affix the chipboard to the plaque.
5. Evenly space the cup hooks every 2” starting 1” in from the edge.
6. Twist the screw eyes in so each circle has one on top and bottom.
7. Label 12 of the circles, one for each month.
8. Label each of the remaining circles with the name and date.
