My name is Shaela Odd, from Richland, Washington and I have been scrapbooking for 5 years (more seriously though for the last 3 years). I have been married to a wonderful man for over 5 years, and we have 2 beautiful children who we love and adore: Caleb, 3, and Elina, 2 – they're my favorite subjects to scrapbook! I love all kinds of crafts: scrapbooking, cardmaking, quilting, crocheting, tole painting, stamping, etc. If it's crafty, I love it!  I sell some of the items I make online and at craft shows to help pay for my hobbies. I also love the outdoors, particularly rock climbing and camping, and I'm not afraid to try new things. I love music and the arts, and graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a degree in Performing Arts. I am passionate about every aspect of my life, and love to share it with others.

What I love most about scrapbooking is the design aspect; trying out new products and techniques and mix-and-matching till it looks and feels right. I feel such a sense of pride and accomplishment when after hours of work, I have a beautiful layout or card to show for my time. I love every technique: dry embossing, ripping paper, and inking/painting or scuffing edges. I think my style is defined by being strategically simple – less is more! I hate my layouts to feel "cluttered".

If I was stranded on a remote island, I wouldn’t be able to live without: Aside from all my paper and bazzill, I would definitely have to have my Cricut. I'd also want my paper scuffers, ink, 3d foam squares, my Zig glue pens and my Honey Bee scissors.
